Welcome to Nicetrip Travels. These Comprehensive Terms of Service and User Policies govern your relationship with Nicetrip Travels when accessing our website or booking our travel packages. Please read these terms carefully before confirming your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be submitted formally in writing. Charges depend strictly on the timeframe relative to the departure date. The cancellation fee structure is outlined in the table below:

2. Cooling-Off Period

Nicetrip Travels offers a 7-day cooling-off period. If you change your mind within 7 days of your initial booking, you are eligible for a full refund of your initial deposit. After this 7-day window expires, standard cancellation terms apply, and deposits become non-refundable.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 30 days after your cancellation request has been officially confirmed by our team. Payments will be returned via the original payment method, minus any documented non-refundable operational costs.

4. Special Circumstances

If you are unable to attend the tour due to a severe illness or medical emergency, you may be eligible for a free cancellation or a penalty-free transfer to another tour, subject to providing a valid medical certificate from an authorized body and final agency approval.

If a tour must be canceled by the travel agency due to internal factors, such as failing to meet the minimum number of participants required for the tour, you will receive a full refund or be offered a transfer to an alternative itinerary without additional fees.

5. Booking Transfers

Travelers may transfer their booking to another eligible individual without incurring additional agency charges, provided they notify us in writing at least 7 days before the scheduled departure date.

6. Cancellation Requests

To initiate a cancellation or transfer, an explicit email must be sent to booking@nicetriptravels.com. The message must include the primary traveler full name, the unique booking number, and the clear reason for the cancellation request.
